Products purchased from us online are guaranteed up until 30 days of purchase (minus shipping and handling fees). Upon our receipt, sealed products accompanied by a Return Authorization will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7 days of our receipt. If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com and a care agent will respond within 24-48 hours. Opened products are NON-REFUNDABLE.
